The service was performed well. Many rooms were steam cleaned: 3 bedrooms, living room, and dining room. The steam cleaning work was very good. The carpets were quite dirty beforehand, and the cleaning brought them back to good condition. It's great to see nice results after the carpets dry. The operator was the owner, Tom. He was on-time and polite. The equipment looked to be in good working condition which makes me more confident in the services.

Let me say first that the reason we had to have the carpet cleaned was due to a main house drain that stopped and caused sewage water to back up into our finished basement! I figured for sure the carpet was ruined and would have to be removed/replaced. I was determined to try everything to prevent that if possible. I found Tom on here, and after reading about his equipment and his reviews, decided to give him a call. BEST move I could have ever made. From the time I introduced myself and explained the situation, he was nothing but helpful. He gave me advice on how to pretreat the carpet effectively until he could arrive. He was here by that same afternoon. He took the time necessary to vacuum up water, apply his professional pretreater, then thoroughly clean and vacuum the carpet. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, but he left some of his personal equipment behind to kill bacteria and completely dry the mat underneath (which was my biggest concern!). We left the equipment run for 72 hours and he came back and picked it up Thurs night. After finishing the job, I felt like he UNDERCHARGED me for all the time and effort he put in to fix my disaster! The carpet looks and smells as good today as it did the day it was installed. I will never call or recommend anyone but Tom for any carpet/furniture cleaning needs in the future.

Tom's service is OUTSTANDING. The carpet looked great when he finished. One area had oil stains and he was able to get them out, you can't tell there was ever a stain there. He did more than I expected. I can't say enough good things about him. He certainly is the one I'll call when I have carpet that needs cleaning. and rest assured I plan to tell my friends about him.

Tom did a great job. He took the extra effort in trying to remove a few stains on my carpet. Most came out but some turned out to be carpet fiber breakdown (carpet is 8 yrs old). He also cleaned both sides of the cushions, all sides of the chair and couch (this includes the back)!

Even though he has a truck mount system, the carpets dried VERY QUICKLY--in just a few hours. Most truck mounts take overnight or so. He called beforehand to let me know he was running about 1/2 hour behind, which was okay with me. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Dayton area.

He was very polite and did a very nice job. The carpeting is very light colored, and cleaned up nicely. They look better than ever!

I have been using their services for about six years. He has his own equipment in his truck and doesn't have to hook up to my water supply. They have always done a great job!

The carpets have never looked better. He told me he was going to take extra time to get the water out and he did. The carpets were dry in a few hours. He worked hard and steadily.

He's extremely friendly and hard working. He did an excellent job on all the items he cleaned. The loveseat was really dirty and he made it look almost new. One of the chairs he cleaned was not in the price he quoted me as I asked him at the end if he thought he could do anything with the cushions, otherwise we were probably going to pitch them. He did a great job of cleaning it......I'll get another year of use out of it now. Since I had the check already written he didn't charge me for those cushions. Then on his way out, he cleaned the 6'x10' mat on our covered front porch. He said he didn't want us dragging in dirt from it onto the clean carpets.......wow, that's service. He was careful with all the furniture and had a self-contained truck. I would definitely have him do our carpets/furniture again and would highly recommend him.

We have used several carpet cleaners over the past. No more! Tom will be our carpet cleaner forevermore!! Consummate professional and extremely likable person. Literally, our carpet looked like new when he left which has never been the case with previous cleaners. He got out stains (primarily from our dogs) that no one else had really touched. Stayed 3 hours compared to the one hour (plus) that has been our experience with others in the past. Simply, can't say enough good things about Tom and his services. Use him - you will be happy you did.

Tom did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very up front about the process and provided a detailed quote and explanation. He did a very thorough job and offered to come back if any stains reappeared. A couple of small stains resurfaced and Tom returned as promised and took care of them. Tom didn't make promises he couldn't or wouldn't keep. If you are looking for the cheapest and fastest then Tom might not be your guy (the first time I had my carpets cleaned they were in an out in less than an hour (not Tom's company) and Tom spent over two hours and I could tell the difference) but if you are looking for a great service at a reasonable and fair price then call him.

Arrived on time was extremely friendly and professional. He got to work and took his time to do a good job.. Was very pleased with work done.

Tom did a great job on my furniture. We have 4 dogs and they use our couches a lot. Tom got the stink and fur out of them. I had a small closet that our cat had an accident in and asked him if he would have time to do that too. He said no problem and charged me a VERY modest fee AND more importantly he got the stink out! I had tried many different products that hadn't worked completely, and he even told me his secret, so I could use it myself. (You'll have to call and ask him if you want it too!)

Working with Tom was a pleasure from beginning to end. There were no surprises and he took the time to let me know what he was finding, the condition of the carpets, and how long the work would take. When my Painters couldn't come, Tom was flexible and happy to come a day early to accommodate the change in my schedule. Tom Byrge is one of the nicest, genuine people one may ever encounter. Tom Byrge was one of the nicest people I have ever hired to do any work in my home. He explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job. I had purchased a Living Social and it was a fantastic deal. I will be calling him back to do the bedrooms in my home after the holidays. I had never had carpet cleaning before and was very impressed at how my carpeting looks almost new again. Great service!

Tom Byrge was recommended by our realtor. We are preparing to downsize. I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival to notify me he was stuck in a traffic jam and would be taking an alternate route and might be late in arriving. He was great; works alone. As we walked through the house I remarked about what we had to do per the realtor's request. One of our bedrooms had three twin beds which needed to be broken down and removed to our garage. He volunteered to assist me with that job. (My husband has recently had a pacemaker installed and cannot lift heavy objects.) We also had to roll up Persian rugs which he did and carried them to the designated place. We have many pieces of antique furniture that he was extremely careful to move and replace. Our home is a 4 bedroom ranch w2 full baths in one hall, a library/living room, dining room, family room and kitchen w eating area. There is another small living area consisting of a living room, bedroom and full bath (in-law suite/teenager's apt., or two room office). Tom carefully measured each area. If he did not have to move a bed, etc., he measured only the area he actually cleaned. One bedroom is used as an office/painting studio and there were oil paint dabs which he spent considerable time getting all the spots out of the carpet. Our carpets were almost totally dry when he finished. (We have used other nationally recognized cleaners before and had to wait overnight to replace furniture because the carpeting was wet.) Our carpeting is original to the building and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend this businessman. He should be rated the best-AAA!
